This is how html works...
When a link does not start with a / the link goes to a page inside the current folder, in your case shop.
When a link does start with a / the link starts from the root folder.
My guess is that your shop comes from a menu-item...
Visiting that menu-item shop becomes the current folder.
In your case the link should start with a slash: /shop/Mac/mcpro.html
From what version of Joomla did you migrate?
Is there a reason why you don't use a menu and menu-items?
