If the extension has been built properly, then you just have to uninstall the Package.
And the Package will install everything that belongs to it.
Check for yourself:
in System > under "Manage" Extensions > click [Filter Options] > click the "Select Package" filter,
choose the name of the extension that you want to uninstall,
The list of extensions will all have a number in the "Package ID" column,
except for the Package.
When you uninstall the Package, it will uninstall all those extensions that have the same Package ID.
And the Package will install everything that belongs to it.
