It might help if you told us the reasons you need to migrate. Because this sounds like a XY problem. Joomla CMS is built mostly using Joomla Framework packages. A few Symfony packages are used as well. You'd essentially be migrating from one Joomla Framework app to another custom Joomla Framework app.
